We were both born and raised in Delaware where we graduated from the University of Delaware in the early 1980s. Jim started a career in sales in 1984 and spent many years in sales and sales management. Tracey’s career began in 1986 centering in real estate law and title insurance where she has worked as a real estate closer and paralegal.We moved to Pennsylvania in 1985 where we began our family. We are the proud parents of three children; Bryan, Jenna and Jordan.
Job promotions moved us to South Carolina in 1994 and then to Metro Atlanta in 2001. Through those years we purchased and sold several properties. This experience combined with our interest in real estate investing, lead us to a career as real estate consultants.
With our prior careers in sales, real estate law and investing, we are confident we can make both the real estate buying and selling process a pleasant, satisfying experience for our clients.
